For those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), exhaustion is not the same as being sleepy. Although people with CFS frequently have trouble sleeping, require more naps, and sleep for longer amounts of time than the general population. It doesn't matter how much sleep a person with CFS gets; they still don't feel rested when they wake up. Making sure you are getting adequate sleep is essential.
