Charlestown East Educational Preschool Service is family operated . The Service has been in operation for 44 years. The Preschool is an approved Child Care Service that meet the Government?s guidelines to deliver Child Care Benefits to families. The owners Frances and Nick Chomyn have 15 years of experienced in teaching together with long term excellent Staff, who have engaged children, families and friends in an educational preschool environment. Frances?, ( from NZ and an Early Childhood Teacher ) dream was to own and operate a Child Care Centre. Nick?s (a Construction Engineer with BHP ) dream was to write music & surf for ever, both found themselves in a restaurant in Rome in the late 80?s .
