On May 27, 2015, due to the negligence and fault of CHESAKL ENTERPRISES, INC., Mirkamel Vafaev suffered a serious injury. After his injuries, Vafaev contacted representatives of the company in an attempt to obtain the insurance benefits he was legally entitled to. It was discovered that CHESAKL ENTERPRISES, INC. had illegally evaded paying out the insurance, and no insurance payments had been received from the company during the victim?s employment period. Such acts can only be described as fraudulent manipulations by CHESAKL ENTERPRISES, INC.
