The profile was initially developed by Dr. William Marston and was later updated by Dr John Geier. The results emphasize four main aspects of human behavior which also creates the four categories into which a person is grouped. These four comprise dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness. All these are characteristics of a cohesive team.
