So, what is this? To become a Master Instructor, I first completed 30 MHFA training sessions, then to become a Principal I needed to complete a further 10 within a 12-month period (these have been both face-to-face and virtually). Essentially, there is experience, understanding, compassion, and a high level of expertise that has been gained.
