The airline's operations are based at the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT), which is well-maintained, contemporary, and orderly. The check-in process was quick, and the staffs politeness and professionalism gave a positive first impression. The terminals amenities included cozy sitting rooms, duty-free shopping, and fine dining, and the security queues went quite fast.
