Earlier, the company was only booking Suzuki Swift and VXR variant of Wagon R; however, the latest reports suggest that all bookings have been stopped. There are also news in market that other car companies could also suspend their bookings before price revision. One of the Suzuki dealerships told us there is an issue with car quota by the company, while another dealership claimed that a price hike is on the cards. ?The prices of Suzuki cars can go up today or in the next few days, hence, the stoppage of bookings,? one of the dealerships officials told us. We do hope that the news about the price hike is not true because the car prices have already gone way too up for an ordinary man. And with the high petrol rate and overall inflation, this will be another blow for the consumers.
