Learn how to set up QuickBooks Online to send invoices from your Gmail address. After you connect QuickBooks to your Google account, you can send customers invoices from your Gmail address. Go to the QuickBooks Edit menu. Select Preferences and Send Forms. Select Outlook and OK. Select the Email dropdown, then select Invoice. Review the invoice message. When you're ready, select Send.
