Canada has relaxed PR eligibility rules under Express Entry

Thousands of students now qualify for Canada Express Entry thanks to relaxation by the Canadian government. Students who enrolled in Canadian universities during the epidemic were required to finish their coursework online. Each of the above immigration categories issues Canadian PR visas but conducts regular Express Entry draws.
