Canada Approves New English Language Test for Permanent Residency

In Canada, the TOEFL Essentials has been approved as a new English language test usable to make permanent residency applications in Canada. IRCC decision will be more flexible, and applicants will have an opportunity to demonstrate their language proficiency in a more flexible way, thereby providing increased opportunities to economic immigrants and skilled workers.
