Buffalo wings are a standard food on the American menu. In 1982, Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery relocated to Ohio from their hometown of Buffalo, New York. Hankering for the local taste, they set out to transfer some of the Buffalos to Ohio, and later opened a New York-style Buffalo wings restaurant.
