Overall, my visit at the British Airways JFK Terminal was great. From check-in to boarding, the whole procedure was easy and without any anxiety. Terminal 8 is surprisingly efficient, quiet and clean for a major airport. British Airways' staff was always courteous and educated, and their lounge significantly improved my degree of comfort. Whether traveling in business or economy, passengers are well-served. I've flown through a lot of international terminals, but this one stands out for its organization and service. I would definitely recommend British Airways at JFK to anyone seeking a convenient and enjoyable flight.
