The risk factors include family history, lumps in the breast, age, diet and lifestyle changes, radiation exposure, and obesity. Your body produces certain warning signs for breast cancer, primarily associated with breast lumps. However, most breast lumps are benign, i.e., abnormal growths, and do not spread outside the breast.
