We can use a variety of antigen types including but not limited to peptides and recombinant proteins. Once the antigen is determined, the first stage will begin with immunizing Balb/C mice and ELISA screening of polyclonal sera. You can add additional screening criteria to this step. The sera exhibiting the highest titer will be used for fusion in the second stage.
