Family Therapy We are family-centred, we focus on hearing everyone’s concerns. We use family systems based, narrative, and person-centred theories to help navigate old patterns. We tackle historical trauma, addiction, difficult personalities, different agendas, and work holistically to get everyone on the same page. For lots of people, many different types of therapy can offer a safe place for the disclosure of emotions and experience that may be hard to express.
