Being Optimistic In Business: As a response (or reaction) to external events, we usually adopt an optimistic or pessimistic attitude. We observe the situation and make a decision about what to expect. We feel compelled to justify our actions based on the information at hand in business. But that doesn't explain why different persons with similar information can have an optimistic or pessimistic attitude in business.
