Chop and Chip Co, a specialist BBQ catering company with a street food heritage, was founded in 2013 by two close friends, Marcus and Fergus, who bonded over their passion for good food. Here's our original street food menu which gives you an idea of what we can offer from our Airstream or market stall set up. Since launching in 2013 as a street food vendor we have expanded our offering to all things BBQ - including sharing boards for sit down events, hog roasts and indoor catering menus.
