As Bali?s leaders confirm that tourists should prepare for increased traffic congestion starting in September, plans for a new underpass have been approved for construction. This underpass will connect the Tohpati Intersection in Sanur to the Udayana University Intersection at Jimbaran. Bali has long struggled with traffic congestion and over-tourism concerns, especially in the southern part of the island during peak travel times. These issues have been a topic of discussion among leaders for years, as they seek both short-term and long-term solutions.
