If a child is found eligible for the early intervention program, all necessary EIP services, and must be authorized by the municipality. Then, Theralympic Speech is approved as an EIP Agency by the New York State Department of Health, as a provider of EIP Evaluations and Therapy Services. This service is only for Committee for Preschool Special Education children. All authorized services are provided at the lowest cost to the parents.
