Autoimmune diseases are widely growing, affecting the major population worldwide. A few examples are Rheumatoid arthritis, Celiac disease, Lupus, Irritable Bowel Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Psoriasis, Lyme disease, Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), Type 1 diabetes, Guillain-Barre syndrome, Crohn?s disease (CD), Hashimoto?s thyroiditis, Grave's, and many more. Autoimmune disease varies in symptoms but is connected via the same biochemical process called systemic inflammation, in which the body attacks itself and this inflammation leisurely becomes chronic. Some of the autoimmune diseases can turn into multiple autoimmune diseases because of continuous and consistent damage to tissues which eventually starts to deteriorate several body organs and their functions. Treating the symptoms by taking antiinflammatory, antibiotics, pain killers, is not the solution, in fact by doing so we are hindering the natural processes of our bodies, and shattering the system.
