With Audit Log, you can keep a track of all that is going on in your QuickBooks Company. It keeps the record of everything, from user login to user logout and the user activity in between. This error occurs mostly because the method of signing out was not followed properly by the user. This causes great discrepancies between the Audit Log and its access. The users do not appear in the list.
