The UL 924 is the Life Safety Code for emergency lighting inverters and other lighting and light safety equipment. The code is so formulated that it requires all lighting systems to be on for 90 minutes of continuous pathway illumination that allows occupants to safely evacuate the place or premises during emergencies and power outages.
