Singhania University is a registered college established by the Government of Rajasthan under the authority of the University of Rajasthan Act 1946. Colleges are not required by law to seek AICTE flexibility. Endorsement is only expected for foundations linked to institutions. Singhania University does not require AICTE approval because it is a self-funding college established by a State Act.?
