Arkansas Act 655: Veterans’ Benefits Poster Requirement for Employers

Arkansas lawmakers have passed SB 497, now Act 655, requiring employers with 50 or more full-time employees to display a new “Veterans' Benefits and Services” poster. It must include resources on mental health, education, tax benefits, veteran IDs, unemployment eligibility, legal aid, and the VA Crisis Line. Posting is required starting August 2025.
