In Michigan, wellness consumption lounges—known as Designated Consumption Establishments—are legal and regulated by the state's Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA). These establishments provide a licensed space where adults aged 21 and over can consume cannabis products on-site. However, unless the establishment also holds a Retailer or Microbusiness license, they cannot sell cannabis products directly; patrons must bring their own.
