LPG is a popular fuel and is preferred in almost all industries. One of the sectors where LPG has numerous applications is the Food industry. Major uses of LPG in the food industry are cooking and baking as LPG provides good control over the temperature. LPG is preferred a lot for drying applications especially in food processing of fish and seafood. It is utilized for hot water production, steam and sterilization processes and, in the processing of canned meat.
