MMA fighter Anshul Jubli created history by becoming only the second Indian to get a UFC contract. Julbi took down Jeka Saragih of Indonesia in the Road to UFC final and bagged a contract in the lightweight division of the championship. Anshul is from Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, and joined Bharat Khandare as only the second Indian to be contracted under UFC. Jubli wasn't the favourite, going into the bout, but put forth an incredible to clinch the victory.
