Yoga can teach us about the uncertainty of life. It teaches us to be with our discomfort. We are not afraid of the hard pose; instead, we welcome it and breathe into it. We use our breath to stay present and focused on the pose, not the pain. When we finally exit the shape, we don’t celebrate or berate ourselves; we are just grateful for the opportunity to practice.
