To prepare hard-boiled eggs, eggs kept at room temperature is placed in a pan of water and boiled for around 10?15 minutes while keeping it half covered. Drain water and immediately put it under cold running water. Peel the eggshells and hardboiled eggs are ready to be consumed. Properly boiled eggs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
