Here, a frequent issue is the damage or thrashing of the nylon bushing on the handle where the shoulder strap up clips onto the seat belt buckle tab. Devoid of this bushing, the shoulder strap up can simply drop from the clip, probably at some point in confusion or more other circumstances when it is extremely needed.
