Agile Scrum is a framework for developing and maintaining products. It is fundamentally based on the principle of cross-functional teams, weekly incremental delivery, and continuous integration. It is not strictly a methodology or a framework, but rather a set of values, practices and techniques that must be adopted by a team in order to create a product. Through Mindcypress's course you get to learn all the techniques and tricks that will help you get started with Agile development. The curriculum has been crafted in such a way that you can either take up the foundation course and join us for our Agile Scrum Master (ASM) course later, or vice versa.
