Drinking enough water is just as important as properly nourishing your body. Make sure to drink water consistently throughout the day, before your workout, during and afterwards. Take small sips during your workout, as too much can lead to cramps. If your pee isn�t clear, then you are likely not drinking enough water. Having correct form during your workout is key to receiving the most benefit from the exercise. Choose challenging weights, but remember to always check your form first. If the weight gets too heavy, do not be afraid to lighten it in order to get the proper form. Also, it is better to do slow controlled reps with proper form, rather than fast reps with incorrect form.
