ABL provides a full array of services for adoptive couples throughout the United States. For families residing in Florida, our services include: home studies, social assessments, post-placement visits, counseling and education. For adoptive families seeking to adopt a child in a state other than where they reside, ABL will handle the Interstate Compact and coordinate legal services to ensure continuity through-out an interstate adoption. ABL will also assist the adoptive couple in locating and communicating with a birthparent. In addition, ABL staff can assist in the preparation of �Dear Birthmother Letters� which will be shown to potential birthmothers.
