It is crucial to urge state elected officials to take immediate action and implement policies that address the Back the Blue Crisis. This crisis includes issues such as underemployment, underfunding, low retention rates, insufficient adherence to training standards for graduates, forced diversity, equity, and inclusion selections, and other woke policies that have severely impacted law enforcement morale.
