When I first started my career, I remember people asking me where you want to be in the next 5, 10 or 15 years in my career, and I would stutter since I did not have any ready answer. I wish that if I had a career plan in place, those answers wouldn?t have been far-fetched. In the past few years, career planning and development has seen a major shift in the way it is approached by the modern workforce. The traditional way for organizations to ensure employees have the right skills is no longer the case.
