The external profile is the polar opposite of the characteristics of a cohesive team. This is the subject's behavior that they believe is required of them, in other words, their best behavior. As a result, the 5 Behaviours team test is the most often used in the profile series. It combines all of the data from the questionnaire into a short description of the person's personality.
