201million pothole repair fund announced by government

The Department for Transport has announced an additional �201million of appropriation for a UK�s internal highway network, building on a pothole account that has seen �420million spent on highway and overpass repairs over a past 6 months. The additional �201million will be separate into dual pots: �50million will be allocated to councils for potholes and inundate resilience, while �151million will be given �to prerogative examples of councils� best practice� in highway repairs and upkeep � nonetheless it will eventually be adult to councils to confirm what to spend this income on.
