Power Stroke Rotomaster Turbocharger Pedestal With 4-4 came on 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3l Power Stroke Super Duties and were used to mount the turbocharger (Rotomaster) to the engine block. You can remove the pedestal from the manifold with a unique tool, but installation is much easier if you have a CNC machine handy.
