The bench comprised of justice like Justices U U Lalit and Bela M Trivedi have taken note of securing the interest of the Amrapali home buyers. They also added that the former management, who are behind the bars are not expected to represent the Amrapali group in the proceedings. The bench has issued notices to two arbitration cases.
