The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for a range of support and services that addresses the needs of people with disabilities. One of the most important aspects of the NDIS is to empower people with disabilities to have the freedom to make informed decisions and have authority in pursuing their goals, as well as in the planning and implementation of their NDIS plan. This means participants have choice and control over who provides their support and services, how their NDIS funds are spent, and how those supports and services are provided. Plan Management is an NDIS-funded support that helps the participants to effectively exercise their choice and control as well as expand their choice of available service providers.
