Mercedes-Petronas announce investment in Sustainable Aviation Fuel

German F1 team Mercedes-Petranos has announced that they are set to invest in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) as part of their Net Zero by 2030 commitment. The use of Sustainable Aviation Fuels will be using either renewable or waste-derived materials and will help Mercedes achieve a near 50% reduction in the team?s air travel footprint for their race personnel.
