The recently concluded IPL media rights e-auction for the 2023-27 cycle has established India?s only T20 domestic tournament amongst the biggest sporting leagues in the world. Disney Star, Viacom 18 and Times Internet bagged the various rights to broadcast the IPL matches over the next five seasons on TV and digital platformsWhile the buzz over IPL media rights is yet to settle, the International Cricket Council (ICC) are reportedly set to launch its tender for media rights for the new cycle.
