About Wellness Capital

Shapoorji Pallonji Wellness Capital Khopoli is a pre-launch residential plotted township by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, located near the Mumbai–Pune Expressway. Envisioned across approximately 900 acres, with 200 acres planned for Phase 1, the development offers premium residential plots ranging from 1,200 to 4,000 sq. ft., giving homebuyers the flexibility to plan and create their own residential spaces. Designed as a low-density, gated residential community, the project brings together plotted living, landscaped open spaces and planned community amenities within the Mumbai–Pune growth corridor. It offers an alternative to conventional apartment living, with the freedom to choose a plot and design a home suited to individual lifestyle needs.
