About Uptown Psychology

Uptown Psychology is a boutique private practice offering in-person therapy in Coral Gables and surrounding areas, as well as virtual sessions via Zoom. We use evidence-based approaches to support children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotion regulation difficulties, executive functioning challenges (organization, planning, time management), parenting concerns, and life transitions. Our clinicians are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent Management Training. We help clients build practical skills so they can feel better, function better, and enjoy their lives more.
