Upstate Epoxy is a professional epoxy flooring training program based at 9 Sawyer Ave, Johnstown, NY, offering intensive 3-day hands-on classes for contractors and beginners looking to start or grow a profitable epoxy flooring business. Led by Lucas - a 7-figure epoxy flooring installer with over 200 residential and commercial floors completed — each class covers the full spectrum of skills needed to go from beginner to job-ready professional. Training modules include surface preparation and grinding, concrete repairs and moisture testing, metallic, flake, and quartz epoxy systems, mixing ratios and application techniques, and business development covering pricing, proposals, lead generation, sales closing, and brand building. Classes run Friday through Sunday (9 AM–4 PM / 9 AM–2 PM / 9 AM–1 PM) with a limited number of spots per session. Priced at $1,400 with a $700 deposit to reserve, interest-free financing available.
