About Trailhead Treatment Center

Trailhead Treatment Center is a recovery-owned drug and alcohol rehab in Salem, New Hampshire, dual licensed by the State of New Hampshire for substance use treatment and mental health treatment. Co-founders Caitlin and Mike DiBlasi built the center from personal experience with addiction and recovery. Caitlin is a BSN-prepared nurse and certified recovery coach with eight years of direct experience; Mike manages operations. Clinical Director Alysia LaGambina, LICSW, leads a trauma-informed clinical team. Services include a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient therapy, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi, and Mental Health treatment for co-occurring disorders. Holistic programming including yoga, breathwork, and movement-based therapy is built into the daily schedule. Admissions begin within 24 to 48 hours of first contact, with insurance verification completed on the initial call. Joint Commission Accredited and NH State Licensed.
