Top Tech Mechanical was built on more than technical skill — it was born from family, strength, and a legacy of resilience. Founder Kevin Newman grew up in the HVAC trade, representing three generations of professionals who devoted their lives to keeping homes and businesses comfortable. At just 15 years old, he began working alongside his stepfather, Mark Miller, and under the shadow of his grandfather, Guy Miller. Both men embodied the values of grit, renewal, and precision craftsmanship. Guy, with his fearless work ethic and mastery of refrigeration and mechanics, instilled a relentless drive to get the job done right. Mark, with his sharp eye for detail and ability to build and weld with unmatched precision, taught accountability, integrity, and pride in every project.
