Vincent exclusively represents employees in employment discrimination and wrongful termination disputes. In his business practice, Vincent advises businesses on developing and scaling their ventures, including business formation, legal compliance and monitoring and protecting intellectual property rights. Vincent has negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of his clients while successfully completing three jury trials. Vincent is a bi-lingual attorney who, for close to 15 years has called the San Francisco Bay Area his home. Originally hailing from Anhui Province in China, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Vincent learned early on the timeless value of what imagination, determination and hard work can yield.
