I work with patients to improve the quality of their lives and relationships. The in-depth psychodynamic treatment I provide is complimented by my background as a meditator and student of Buddhist and contemplative psychology. With over 20 years experience as an educator and clinician, I have experience treating those with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and complex trauma. It is an incredible honor to walk with my patients on their path of self-discovery and healing.
