She's Got Leggz (SGL) is an ecommerce firm that is also a direct seller party plan provider. The registered distributors are called Stylists and there are over 1300 registered across the country, althogh only about 200 are active. SGL switched to Shopify November 2024 and came from a previous direct selling software platform that had almost no tools to help understand the effectiveness of the social and email channels. The system also seemed to set them back on the SEO front and there is now a lot to do there. The team has not had the necessary time or skillset to really make a meaningful impact on that front. While it will continue to be a licensed direct seller, the business is trying to expand its ecommerce presence and performance. The SEO audit as well as the CRO audit identified some issues with the site performance as well. Some of those items are considered a high priority and some not. They are keen to aggressively focus on making a difference on the high priority items that ensure that the site and the PPC (with Globital starting in Dec) are as effective as possible as it relates to sales. The business currently services both Canada and the US although the US has not been a focus to date and is a negligible part of the overall sales. There is some interest to open up to other markets, particularly in light of the challengies with tarrifs in the US, but no immediate plans.
